In December of 2016, I purchased a Cricut not knowing how to use it and not being crafty. I felt confident enough to attempt to create with an electronic die cutting machine rather than hand held because of my strong understanding of graphic programs. But when I got my Cricut, it sat there collecting dust. The concept of creating something from scratch was entirely too overwhelming. Anyone else feel that way?

My first project was to learn how to make a box. Once I learned how to transform a flat piece of paper to a 3-D object I became obsessed with paper. Now if you have created a project with your Cricut you know that it will cut a specific shape leaving an excess of paper. I am having so much I decided to buy a handheld die cutting machine. Who knew that decision would impact my life six years later. Fast forward today to today. I recently was contacted by Spellbinders Paper Arts company to see if I was interested in creating some cards and mixed media projects using their new release dies. Of course I said yes! LOL I’m so excited about this opportunity.
