Hi crafty friends! I’m so excited about sharing with you another great die set from Spellbinders. This slimline card was made with the Jingle Word Frame Etched Dies by Becca Feeken.

On craft plastic, I made my own print using alcohol inks by Ranger in the colors: Poppyfield, Crimson and Red Pepper, Pinata Blanco, 90% alcohol and air compressor. Once it was dry, I sprayed finish to protect the color and let it dry for 24 hours before using it to die cut the Jingle All The Way and Circle die.

For the Scalloped Circle Frame, I used Anna Griffin’s Gold Matte Foil. I also used the same paper for the bows. The bows are from the Shopping Cart Holiday & Presents Etched Dies S4-1143.

I wanted to add dimension from the Filigree Insert to the Inner Circle so I cut the Filigree twice and glued both pieces together with Bearly Arts glue. I then glued the Filigree to the Inner Circle Glue.

Directions:

  1. Create the card base out of Hamilco White paper. Cut it 7 x 8 1/2″. Score in the middle at 3 1/2).
  2. The 1st matte is 3 x 8 1/8″ in red card stock.
  3. Emboss 1st matte with Anna Griffin’s Slimline embossing folder.
  4. Attach the 1st matte to the card base with Bearly Arts glue.
  5. Die cut Inner Circle with the patterned paper 2x and with Crystal (white paper) 1x.
  6. Die cut the Filigree 2x and glue together with Bearly Arts glue
  7. Attach Filigree to the Patterned paper with Bearly Arts glue.
  8. Die cut 2 bows and Scallop Circle frame with Gold Foil card stock.
  9. Attach bows to Filigree Bearly Arts glue.
  10. Attach white card stock Inner Circle die cut on Scalloped die cut.
  11. Apply Bearly Arts glue on the back of the Jingle All The Way word frame and attach to the white card stock Inner Circle die.
  12. On all 3 finished elements, apply double sided foam adhesive and attach to red matte.
